(with distinction) and Dr. techn. (with distinction) from <strong>Graz University of Technology<\/strong>, in 2007, 2010 and 2015 respectively.<\/p>\n<p>He is <img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-384 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pips.vision\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/strametz-6938_hd_cut_1-219x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"147\" height=\"202\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.pips.vision\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/strametz-6938_hd_cut_1-219x300.jpg 219w, https:\/\/www.pips.vision\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/strametz-6938_hd_cut_1.jpg 461w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 147px) 100vw, 147px\" \/>author and co-author of several peer-reviewed publications at ISMAR, VR, ICPR, ISVC, VISAPP and CVPRW including relevant patents. He is also a reviewer for ISMAR, ACE and MUM. Andreas gave live demos at ISMAR and VR, demonstrating research results on off-the-shelf mobile devices.<\/p>\n<p>Initially focusing mainly on object detection, recognition and reconstruction, his research interests have expanded towards document inspection, interactive Augmented Reality systems and Industrial Computer Vision.
